This is a major series within the field of medieval studies. It complements the renowned Exeter Medieval Texts and Studies series, offering a medium for publishing scholarship with a broader European focus. Its chronological span is c.500 – c.1500. The series draws on new perspectives and topical debates in medieval scholarship relating to the history, society and culture of medieval Europe. It embraces studies within and across a variety of disciplines including art history, musicology, history of religion and literary studies.
