Comma

From the amateur archivist

Comma (2009), 2009, (1), 45–52.

Abstract

The author questions whether architects can help discover the best means of archiving the information they accumulate, and considers his own capacity to do so. Having introduced us to his barely orthodox methods of archiving and classifying texts, drawings, models and photographs, he concludes that the ideal situation would be to have the courage to keep nothing, to throw it all into a huge waste bin, in order to be able to follow a life filled with the new and stimulating proposals.
